Just found a snake, who do i phone

He was stuck under the flat door, it was a little squashed, but has gone back to normal

Probably a pet as it does not look
like a grass snake or adder.

Looks like a Corn Snake. Non-venemous. Kept as pets. It's probably an escapee from someone's house nearby. Spread the word. Someone will be looking for it.

Well done you for rescuing it and not killing it out of fear.

It's now been collected, it was a corn snake,

It was trapped under the main door to flats
