FOUND BEAGLE - BELVIDERE ROAD PLAYING FIELD WALLASEY. FINDER WILL BE TAKING TO DOG WARDENS THIS EVENING IF NOT RECLAIMED

There is a man who owns two beagles who lives on Seaview Road area, he is not very responsible. when he has finished walking his dogs, he just walks off and leaves them to find their own way home, crossing roads etc. It might not be his but I doubt he will go to the pound looking for it (he or she).
