Searching through reports of this there are are 2 versions one thrown and another tumbled out of vehicle so before any accusations are thrown about the need to determine the correct version/source is needed thx for reading

ive read about the 'tumbling out version' where the driver got out the car and then drove off leaving the dog to die!,ive just copied what the warrington animal rescue have wrote. At the end of the day the dog suffered substantial injuries,im not accusing anyone.Just appealing for anyone with information to help trace that owner

A lurcher is quite a big dog so would need at least 2 people to throw it out of a car or a really dangerous driver to force it out of an open door on his own. So somone must know.

I absolutely agree Peg,but I am always disappointed in cases of heinous animal cruelty when the punishment never seems proportionate to the crime.

So sad, it upsets me how anyone can be so cruel I hope they get the people/person responsible for this.

Todays Update on Hetty.

Just to clarify the recent ITV News story:

It has been a collaboration between WAW, RSCPA & Beech House Vets & we have all worked to together to support Hettys case.

Warrington Animal Welfare was asked to help raise the funding for Hettys much needed surgery. They needed £1500 to cover costs which you wonderful people helped reach this target.

Beech House Vets are caring for Hetty & she will remain in their care until recovered.
The RSPCA is investigating Hettys case & will hopefully catch the cruel driver & bring to justice.

Once again THANK YOU ♥ we are still overwhelmed by all of your the generosity xXx

The description of the 4x4 with blue trim towing a horse box will be known by friends, relatives and neighbours. Also the name of the pet lurcher. They cannot keep this knowledge to themselves if they have a conscience and will eventually have to tell or live a lie for the rest of their lives.

I very much doubt it was 70mph going by the picture of the dog, still bang on though.
