756 Scrap Yard Wallasey Road Liscard

I just looked at the official site for The Scrap Yard and a bogus Microsoft message flashed up saying I had been infected with four viruses and should immediately click a button to scan. Needless to say I did not and then another one flashed up to say I was 'going to lose all data' and should press another button which again I did not. Then a third message came up going on about viruses etc so I left the site.

Be careful folks if you look at it. Not saying it is anything to do with the owners but looks like the site has been hacked.

Can't see any problems with http://scrapyard.bar, have you any add-ons or tool-bars on your browser?

Ah ha, you were right, went back to the page and got the phishing attack warning, that is poor.

Haha yes! I thought at first it was something I picked up elsewhere....but tried again. It is bad because some people would click the scan button x

Just checked again and did not get the dodgy pages but did see this written by the owners.....

'For friendly dogs! Please ensure your perfect pooch is kept on their lead and not a nuisance to our patrons or neighbours'



Beside it is a picture of an unleashed dog on the table drinking out of a cup! Haha!
