573 Rose and Crown, 325 Poulton Road , Poulton Wallasey,

this is the first pub that i ever had a drink in. it was 1989 and i had a 'lager and black'.

It was my dad's mum and dad's local for years and years.

Any idea when the Rose and Crown was built? I believe it was the 1930s but a more accurate date would be appreciated.
