2 fire engines at the plough,

is this one of those "where's wally" pictures?

i can't see any fire engines

still standing the other day.
I was told the previous owners have opened a bar in Upton Rd called The Crossbar

Dating from the seventeenth century, the oldest of the three main public houses in Moreton was the Plough Inn and the Druids Arms. In the early 1930's it became known simply as the Plough Inn.
Would have been interesting to have a look in the cellars etc

I walked past on Thursday and the roof had begun to be dismantled. Not sure whether that was by fire or the demolition company.

now replaced by a Tesco's
