I am trying to fix mikethetrainman's pc, but both his hardrives have died, does anyone have a ide hdd they would like to donate so i can fix it, i have a windows disc, but just need the hdd.

Got a 30Gb I'm willing to donate - tested a few months ago - zero bad sectors.

That's just about big enough for windows and all the updates. He will need a bigger one ASAP.

Thank you for all the offers, diggingdeeper gave me a 30gb hdd, and I got givin a 80gb as well. So will put both in, 80gb as main and 30 as slave.
I have spoke to Mike, and he said that is perfect for what he uses a pc for.
Pc is nearly done now just doing all the updates

As soon as it finishes doing updates, i will find out what ram it takes.

I have recently upgraded laptop to 300Gb and have the old internal drive.

I don't speak computer so I can't give you more details.

But if of use you can have it. Otherwise bin.
