Last chance saloon for the cats-they going the rspca on friday to be put to sleep if no-one can help! frown
Posted By: sambalina Re: 2 elderly cats - 23rd Feb 2010 5:25pm
why would they be put to sleep? surely the RSPCA is more likely to attempt to rehome them - there is no justifiable explaination to have them put down!
Posted By: RUDEBOX Re: 2 elderly cats - 23rd Feb 2010 5:32pm
All i know is what i read on facebook page. The rspca cant rehouse them + cant take them in.

The cats post originated from me, claire put it on facebook for me, they have now gone, one was 8 years and one was 2, a friend told me a woman had just left them behind when she moved to deeside, thats why it was a matter of urgency!

Poor fuckers frown

so what happens then? if they cant find homes they put them down?

so dont take them the RSPCA! im sure there are plenty of cats places that would be happy to rehome them and i cant imagine the original owners being too happy bout just having to get them put down, thats horrendous!
aaarrggghh! x

This type of behaviour upsets me these Cats are/were living creatures and should have been respected and loved. Have they been put down deffo ?

Hi, Yes it was very good of you to help your FB friend, but his/her response pretty much spells out the final outcome I would imagine.
