Australia has been using TAC Advertising (Transport Accident Commission) for 20 years, it shows the reality of drink, drug and dangerous driving.

If you know people that drive under the influence, do something about it, its not only their lives in danger, it is others including people you know that are in danger.

Considered too gory for American TV, watch at your peril, it gets worse as it progresses and have a box of tissues handy.

Very Powerful, they should have the same on our TV screens. And not just in soaps.

Building up courage to watch this....

Coincidentally, my mum's cousin provided the evidence that resulted in the drink/driving laws in this country.

Incidentally.. and even more meaningful to me is he slept same cradle as my mum did as a baby, I slept in the same cradle, as did my daughter and the latest my granddaughter . Passed around the family and dating from about 1860's and we know at least 22 babies have slept in the same cradle over the years. How cool is that ?

Horrific ! That had me in tears.

In 2016 it says 30% of fatal crashes in Australia are due to drink driving. I'm thinking the TAC Advertising is not getting through to people.

To deviate a tiny bit, the driving standards today are really abysmal, speed, anger, impatience the need to be glued to a mobile phone, drug use is also prevalent, driving is no longer a pleasure.

And don’t forget these lunatics , youngsters on push bikes and scrambler bikes doing wheelies in and out of the traffic. Witnessed this myself last week on A41 by Bromborough, couldn’t believe it so busy and when people honked their horn at him it was the two fingered gesture. Think most people felt like knocking him off his bike but if course who would be in big trouble then!! Crazy on the roads today!

Drunk driver !

FOUR children were killed and a fifth left fighting for life after an alleged drunk driver crashed into them as they played on bikes in Australia.

Seven kids under the age of 12 were reportedly on their way to buy ice cream in Sydney's northwest when the 4WD crashed into them on Saturday night.
