There is a new public footpath from the new prom, by the old wharf leading up the side of the dock to the four bridges. This was previously inaccessible to the public.
Also, the old wharf is still fenced off but there is a new sign.
'public prohibited. Enter at own risk etc' what i found interesting was it is signed by 'royal liver building 3' ???

seems a little odd to open it and tell them they enter at their own risk.

Nooo, the new pathway runs alongside the fenced off wharf area. The sign refers just to this area-that has a massive hole in the fence btw so it is easily accessible to the public- i just want to know what involvement the liver building has with this piece of land?!
