Thanks Venice...bit late the wife done the turkey shopping and its in the freezer. Just got to remember to take out in time to defrost. Surprised they havent tried to GM them with 6 legs for the larger family!

18 million turkeys, bred and slaughtered for our dinner tables in this country. I hope you have a think as you chomp into the chubby little legs that ran around just a few weeks ago. And the pigs.... oh the poor pigs that have at last been released from the cages of containment whilst they became fat for the vat.
The lambs met with the halal knife and the cows, strung up with legs battling to escape the future they dreaded.

Happy Christmas..... just say a grace before the meal, it might help.

We are having turkey crown, and beef. Still can't do the pig.
