anyone any recipes for tuna steaks with sauce would be nice as they can be bit dry as i dont fancy them rare

I have mine with lime and chilli yumyum

De-seed a couple of red chilli's and finely chop them, put in a pan with some Thai fish sauce, brown sugar, lime juice and water. Bring it to the boil gently and simmer for a few mins then let it cool down. When you're ready to use it, finely chop some coriander leaves and mix them in then pour it over the tuna.

A note on the above, i used fresh lemongrass the last 2 times but since then i have found the Bart lemongrass in oil in the bidston tesco so will be putting that to use next time i make it.. full of flavour it is, the tuna takes the marinade really well
