there is only one thing you should do with cup a soup...open the sachet, put the lid up on the bin and tip it all in. Now throw the sachet in. Now throw the box that contained it and all the other sachets in the bin. Pouring hot water on all this is optional.

how about some proper cooked food. and i mean english food, roast beef, lamp cutlets, pork chops,or one of the many fresh fish from one of the fishmongers in the market, any of which go with fresh veg and spuds, none out of tins or packets
or after a night on real beer come home and have pigs trotters for supper

i am seriously salivating!!
no, but my mum did 30 years ago on the country stalls and i use to go and pick her up on a saturday teatime and the odds and ends {food wise} that she use to give my wife was fantastic. all stuff the the market traders use to tell there serving staff to take as it was Saturday night and a lot of them did not bother opening up again till the wednesday

Not forgetting the Tripe, Lambs fries and Sweetbreads.
Tarot has tripe once a week. She loves it but Ye Gods I hate cutting it up for her - turns my stomach
