Spoke to police yesterday as they were putting up a bike thieves sign! apparently they got the guy with bolt cutters at West Kirby station, someone out on bail, however as he had no bikes on him and they havent got proof cannot charge him apart form breaching bail conditions. Will stop him teheiving for a while but doesnt get our property back . Sells em on to someone for £30 to buy his drugs!
