Hi, one of my elderly friends has been into town today. On her way she collected a library book and DVD from Borough Road Library, bought today's Daily Express and Your's Magazine and the television magazine. (These items were in a TJ Hughes carrier bag). She then went in Marks and Spencer, WH Smith and the market. She had to wait at the Birkenhead bus station for some time as there had been a crash nearby. When she got home she realised she had lost the bag with all these items in it. She's quite distressed, not at the value of the loss but more her dignity is badly hurt. Does anyone on here know anything? We've tried telephoning round but nobody has handed them in yet. Thanks a lot

oh no! I didn't think of Grange Shopping Centre security - thanks! I did try the market security. Nothing there. Trouble is now she has to replace the missing DVD and book. frown Can't be helped though, that's life. Thanks for your ideas!
