Any one know whats going on between J4 and J3 lots of police and forensics

A carriageway of the M53 is closed after a driver suffered a heart attack at the wheel. The accident happened between junctions three and four near Birkenhead at around 11.15am today.

The woman driver, who police say is in her 60s, was taken to Arrowe Park Hospital where she is receiving treatment.

A police investigation is underway and the northbound route will remain closed until around 1.30pm today.

I was northbound on m53 1/2 mile before junction 3 about 11.45 there was a focus in the outside lane armco.
did not look to badly damaged only outside lane closed by police and two other lanes moving ok my wife headed to clatterbridge to get on 53 an hour later and all was at a standstill
