not really. i have not seen it for 12 days and was surprised that there are only a few scrapes on it nothing non-repairable but the engine is gonna be ragged to hell
Posted By: MattLFC Re: VXR stolen - 17th Mar 2008 5:48pm
I was sorta thinking this may be the case; have you lost enthusiasm for the car now, or do you think you will be able to get over it?

I suppose its like having you're house broken into tbh, the feeling that someone else has been in you're personal space etc...

How was it taken?

Thought new cars where imposible to take without the key think

Feel for you though, nice as it is for the culprits to be caught, and get your car back, its always a wonder what damage they could have done frown

i don't think i will be keeping it to be honest.

might just repair\new keys, locks and ignition and flog.
Posted By: FlightlessNinja Re: VXR stolen - 17th Mar 2008 5:51pm
no idea how it was taken. have not got a clue. noone can give me an answer and yes i thought it was only possible with the correct transponder in the key but it was taken and i have both keys.

Glad to here your getting it back,
mystery to how its been taken..

Would your insurance put any of the damage right?
Or is it a case of a Stupid Excess...

Just goes to show, never give up..

Mixed bag for you i suppose?
