Seems a waste of court time - he previously denied speeding and now he has been fined and banned for it! I thought you couldn't be tried for the same crime twice - did Scarborough courts miss something? Ahhh... he claimed he was not driving his Jag when he was caught in June. Over 100mph used to be a year's driving ban.
