Man stabbed in street attack
A 44-year-old man has been stabbed in the shoulder in an attack in a busy shopping street in Withington.
The victim was targeted in Wilmslow Road outside the Betfred bookmakers.
He was taken to Manchester Royal Infirmary for treatment to the single stab wound and was later discharged.
The offender is described as being a white man aged between 28 and 35, with short ginger hair. He was wearing a black coat and jeans and was with a man of mixed race.
