How many Merseyside "Recycling" site fires have we had in the last year, that must be at least five?

Wondering if these companies dealing with waste need insurance or if they can claim when someone else's old rubbish goes up in flames ?

How can a load of old rubbish be assessed for insurance claims ?

Saw it when I was at Woodside for the Cockleshell Heroes Commemoration. It was a huge smoke pall that's for sure.
