The council is looking to lease the current market out to Neptune but part of the agreement is that the market will be reduced in size and/or relocated which will enable The Grange to be expanded. This is tied in with three sites at Europa Boulevard being redeveloped.

Quite a few other things are mentioned in the council document as well such as Conway Buildings being leased out.
