One of our rescue dogs escaped after a tree fell on the cabin during the high winds.
No one or other dogs where hurt, just this boy decided to run bless him.
He's a romanian rescue dog and had only been in the country for 24 hours.
The poor lad. He was stuck there all night. Thanks to rspca inspector Anthony Joynson, the fire brigade, RNLI, Mandy one of our volunteers who very typically risked her own life and the couple who live on a boat near these mud flats who fed and watered him through the night. We Thank you all ️XX XX ️XX

The dramatic rescue was captured on film by Channel 5, who are currently filming for the next series of the Dog Rescuers with Alan Davies.

Read the article also and wondered if the dog should have been in quarantine having been brought in from Romania or have laws been relaxed about rabies etc

As the owner of a rescue dog from cyprus, they all have pet passports and rabies shots, they wouldnt get in the country otherwise,

The poor pooch must have been terrified. Great to have a happy ending as Granny said.
