Merseyside Police has charged a 45-year-old man with sex offences following an incident on Keele Close, Prenton, on Thursday, 14 November.

Andrew Bradshaw, of Elin Place, Chester, has been charged with sexual touching of a 15-year-old girl and breach of a Sexual Offences Prevention Order.
He will appear at Wirral Magistrates Court today (Thursday, 21 November 2013).
