..................................
We have to bring you some heart breaking news today about little Amelia-Mae Davies, who has battled against a rare form of cancer since last Seprember

Amelia-Mae sadly passed way last night

Two year old Amelia-Mae's battle had touched the hearts of Merseysiders and she had hundreds of people both praying for her and raising monies for treatment for her which could only be carried out in America

The target fund of a quarter of a million pounds had passed the half way mark and it had been hoped she would be able to take advantage of the immunotherapy treatment which could have saved her life, but sadly it was not to be

Amelia-Mae's cousin John Murray has posted this message on a social network site..."We are extremely saddened to inform everyone that our beautiful princess Amelia-Mae is now flying with the angels.

"Our family would like to thank everyone for their overwhelming support throughout these difficult times. God bless you all xxx"
