Just walked the dog at new brighton dips, and it looks like gypsies are moving onto the field behind the pumping station, 6 caravans up to now...

double lock your garages, sheds, have a bloody big dog in the front garden, and dont answer your front door until they have gone!

If they want the freedom to live in open spaces why dont they stay in Ireland, theres plenty of it over there.....

When's the New Brighton Carnival thingy? Or has that been and gone this year?

Saw a page on f.b about organising/ planning a New Brighton Festival?
It may be coming back with perhaps a differant format?

usually a fair pops up about this time, it's never advertised, first all the caravans then the rides show up and set up, definitely not the Wirral show

Yep, I saw 'em Saturday too, all in a circle of the left hand car park with a pick-up blocking the entrance preventing anyone from using the car park.

to be fair, i live just by there on Warren Drive, and they aren't causing any problems, if i had a caravan and time off work i'd go down there, new brighton is a lovely place especially on days like these

No, if you had a caravan and time off work and went there you'd get moved on or told to use a caravan park.

Perhaps their behaviour this time will prove me wrong, I hope so.

they were in moreton shore car park for over a week and now they moved to he back field by the dips .... the unusual thing is 2 of the caravans are from travellers houses in moreton 1 by leasowe station the other from kensington gardens off hoylake road... they had the horse tied up on moreton common for a week and now it's tied to the railway fence by the dips..... when is wirral council going to have the backbone to move them on properly

Maybe they suffer from travel sickness.?? Lol

Now in car park at Gunsite next to Wallasey Golf Corse
Posted By: johnny Re: New Brighton Dips - 20th Aug 2012 1:27pm
