Hi again

Im sorry Ive not been back with any more info, but work got in the way. This person has something to do with someone in elleray Park road, another problematic person. Other people have been bothered by this plonker, my worry is though if a child or young person got in his way, what then? the dog is quite large, brown and white with cropped ears. Im on my way to work now so if I dont reply no offence.
