even with reduced budgets from the council, the police are still doing a grand job, probably the most thankless job u could have

I wonder if the Matthew Maguire charged in this is the same Matthew Maguire from Birkenhead that was captured by pirates in Nigeria a few years back, it would seem it is by their age.

It would make sense as that same Mathew Maguire's family lived in Hoblyn Road...
