NEW on-street recycling bins are being installed in Wirral to encourage more people to recycle on the move.

Twenty three more of the special bins are to be placed to allow shoppers, workers and visitors to recycle cans, bottles, newspapers and magazines when they are out and about.

The new bins can be found in Brombor-ough, New Ferry, Eastham, Bebington, Birkenhead, Upton, West Kirby, Seacombe, Moreton, New Brighton, Hoylake, West Kirby and Thornton Hough.

It follows a success-ful pilot in Heswall, Birkenhead, Liscard and Bromborough last year.
