Please be careful if driving under the railway bridge at the bottom of Ellens lane port sunlight (CH62) as there are deep potholes these will damage your car if you have low profile wheels. This has been reported to the council and has yet to be acted upon.

I am now pleased to report that last Friday (April 30th 2010) a new road surface has been layed under the bridge at Ellens lane CH62 and new road markings have been put in place, and what a lovely job they appeared to have done. I just hope they have cleared the blocked drains so we don't get the same occurence next winter if it ices up again!!
