Was working down Cammell Lairds Thursday, on the waste land next to main gates when the Police turned up, two unmarked white vans and squad car. Asked me how long i was gonna be, I said about an hour. Next, they opened a van and lifted out a "spy plane", remote controlled survelliance "TOY", had a play about with it for about 30mins, mainly OVER ME!!!! Next thing, looked over and all gone!
Beware, Big Brother can now see your bald patch!!!

Lol. A 'proper' surveillance cam or were they skiving with a boy-toy?

Know what its called, "Spy Plane" in laymans terms for me.
Just that they werent there long enuf to justify any "testing", less than 20 mins at my estimation. Dont thing they were happy with my presence!

Looks incredibly SHIT.

looks more like a meffed up helicopter than a so-called spy plane. plus you could see it a mile away as the sky is blue (or mostly gray for us 90% of the time) and that thing is black. if anything it would create an absolute large amount of ufo sightings. they really didn't think this through did they? controlled via goggles and a massive joypad. it looks more like a toy than anything else.

A mate of mine sadly now gone, fitted a small radio controlled helicopter with one of those wireless mini cams just for fun,it was nice to see the tops of the trees, but you really need a decent engine to carry the weight.

I did something similar with one of those radio controlled helium blimps. I've never seen my own knees from that angle before smack raftl raftl
You're right the weight is a major factor wink
