Its a bad week for Wallasey Village in regards to RTA's.

Wonder if this one and the one PJ refers to is one in the same;

Looking at the tank it looks like a Kwaka. I thought it was a Bandit at first glance.

That poor baby frown

I hope the woman in that fiesta gets what she deserves no

Might not have been her fault!?
Posted By: _Ste_ Re: accident breck road wallasey - 8th Apr 2009 12:12pm
Nahh, definatly, it was the cars fault!

It always is, because they don`t look properly, people are idiots in cars, have no sense when it comes to bikes at all no
Posted By: _Ste_ Re: accident breck road wallasey - 8th Apr 2009 12:22pm
When a bike comes behind me i let them past so i can see them properly (except if its a copper), that way you know they are safe.

These kinds of accidents is why we were campaigning to be allowed to use unrestricted cans. The phrase "Loud Pipes Save Lives" is oh so true!!

I've been on and around bikes and bikers since I was born, unfortunately lost a lot of friends and seen things that nobody should see happen to their friends, stories that would make you gip, but sometimes it's a 50-50 responsibility for the accident. I've been on bikes and taken stupid chances at stupid speeds, but I've also been on bikes when car drivers have taken stupid chances and blatently not looked - luckily I'm still here. The addage of "fat bikers bounce" is not true in my case - I didn't bounce, I thudded!!

Now that the weather is turning, there will be a LOT more bikes on the roads, so please take that extra second to look out for them! You never know, it may be me you knock off!

Shame to hear he died no

Not good especially when I'll be on the road soon on my bike
Posted By: Nighteyes Re: accident breck road wallasey - 8th Apr 2009 10:05pm
the car was at fault apparently a boy racer

Because i`ve driven bikes phil, not just cars, have you experienced driving a bike on the road?
Posted By: MrPhil Re: accident breck road wallasey - 9th Apr 2009 8:22am
Not a bike but a 125cc scooter for a few years when i was 21, part and parcel is both rider and driver need care in observation. I always used to think the unexpected would happen, regardless of what we have driven I just think your comment was very one sided.

As said before Thoughts are with the family, also am sure the driver is shaken up aswell.

ron? John?

he was known as Ron to everyone not sure why
the driver accepts they where at fault
there was nothing the paramedics could have done due to the internal injures caused
tributes are now being laid at the junction
