A 20-YEAR-OLD man was remanded in custody by Wirral Magistrates charged with commiting grievous bodily harm to a three-week-old baby.

Dean Carl Hodkinson, of no fixed address, was charged with assault on a baby boy from Wallasey.

Hodkinson will be bought to Liverpool Crown Court on September 4.

If he was living with the mother and baby, he'll probably get a reduced sentance on diminished responsibility if he uses that as a defence. I'm hoping his defence team is crap, the CPS is on the ball and the Judge is nasty!!!

however more likely..cps are crap..his defence team are experts in getting shite off with technicalites and the judge is asleep...

problem is..he obviously isnt of sound mind..therefore whatever you do to him doesnt necessarily have the desired effect..
just let it be know hes a child abuser...and let joe public "deal" with him...
