Post Office closures

UNDER THREAT

Under the proposals 13 post offices across Liverpool and Knowsley will go, seven in Chester, five in Warrington and four in Wirral.

Three in St Helens are also under threat, three in Halton, five in Sefton, one in Frodsham and one in Parkgate.

But Post Office bosses claim the plans mean that 99% of the population will either see no change or will remain within one mile of an alternative branch.

Holthill, Church Road, Birkenhead CH42 5LD
Somerville, Poulton Road, Wallasey CH44 9DG
Heswall Village, Village Road, Heswall CH60 0DX
Lancelyn Court, Spital Road, Wirral CH63 9JP

Its gonna happen anyway, postal strikes and competition within the entire logistics industry is losing the Royal Mail/Post Office millions.

The local one to me shut down years ago, yes it was a pain at first, but I just use either Leasowe or Hoylake nowadays instead (never use Moreton its always jam packed).
