What bands did he manage, any who hit the big time? I only remember him for his role in the Hacienda hehe.

he discovered the likes of 'the happy mondays' and 'the stone roses', started his career as a reporter, then went onto tv news reporting with Granada Reports, then he was just known as Tony Wilson, then when he left to be a music mogul, he wanted to be known as Anthony Wilson....
