Any one know wat this could be,

When am turning right there is a clicking noise every full turn of the steering wheel.

Should i worry bout this?

Sounds like it's 1 of your cv joint's , Get some body 2 take a look asap . G

Mine has been doing this for the last 5000 miles. The rubber gaiter on the end of the driveshaft splits and all the grease falls out and the joint dries up.
Only bad if the joint disintigrates if a stone gets into it, wheel may lock up.

Don't worry about a stone getting in , once it's got no greese left it'll become dry then seize & blow up !!!!G
