i'd say vinyal graphics BUT everyone i know who's been there has had something to complain about, he's quoted me £200 to do my windows an looking at the quality of the latest cars he's done i'd say their a rip off.

lol, a disco is a land rover discovery.

i had my tints done at vinyl grafix and he charged me £150. not a bad job, the back window had to be re-done cos it bubbled but he did it again free of charge. but there are still some creases in the new tint. its been said before, you get what you pay for. if money's no option and you want a proper bo' job done, go to trim technik. they wanted £300 to do mine but theyre sposed to be ace

i got mine done on my old 106 at vinyl graphix was a spot on job and for £160 i couldnt complain at all. i got the back and back sides dark somke and the front sides light smoke, turned out well. then i crashed!
Posted By: rossi-foci Re: Window Tints - 16th Nov 2004 5:59pm
nah vinyl graphix are good! window tinting is hard and he did my whole focus for £150 quid. plus is you do get a bubble or 2, he is sound and wont complain about doing it again for free. lots of people i know have used vinyl graphix and he does a good job for cheap, i'm with scooby on this one. he doesnt do coloured but he has a big piece of glass with 5 different shades of tints! i got 20% on the sides and 50% (the darkest) on the back

I know somebody threw Aceritz that works for VinylGraffix that did mine - Cos so many customers in work mention them and I 4wrd them to him as forgeiners he has told me to tell you all he will tint your car for £100 and he supplies the tint!

Check mine out if u wanna see the quality OR Go to VinylGraffix (Wallesey Dock Road) and ask for Joe and say Dazza from Halfords sent ya!

Got mine done at vinyl cost £110 for back n front sides.( done back sides myself long time ago) did a good job BUT not happy about my back window but they are hard to do on the e30 cos you carnt take the back window out without taking a day off work to put it back in. Will be going back there to get the backside windows done cos my work is not verygood. Remember the works only as good as the price you pay. THE MORE THE BETTER. well thats the sayin

tinting a window is not hard, i was there when mine where done chattin to the fellas cos i went to wrexham 4 it. 250 quid and not one bubble or crease. they didnt take the back window out or the rear quarters and they still got a perfect job. i suppose it depends hu at vynal does the job 4 u. my bro got his old car done there 4 150 they done limo black all round on a 3door corsa and it was absolutely terrible, still water all over the film and under it, did this guy not have a heatgun back then, since then my bro has got a new astra and theyve done a better job, i aint got close up but it looks like it hasnt got n e bubbles. u pay em less they put **** all effort in.like everythin in this world, my xzorst system cost 440 and the guys spend 9 hours fittin the dam thing.cos they take pride in theyre work

Window Tinting isnt hard at all, However there is definatly a " Nack " to it, I wouldnt attempt doing a rear window, Side windows are easier as they are allot flatter smack
Posted By: Steve285 Re: Window Tints - 22nd Nov 2004 7:22pm
I was quoted 120 quid to do back and 2 side windows in black with silver strip round top on my scooby but its a trip down to northampton

i got mine done by them and i am well happy, 6 windows £160 the quality is good aswell.

alot of it has to do with the weather aswell, the colder and damper it is the harder it is for the tints to dry out and stick, so i would advise going when its warmer to be safe, thats whatthey told me any way.
Posted By: rossi-foci Re: Window Tints - 23rd Nov 2004 12:15pm
yeah cos if u do get one or 2 bubbles in the film but then you park in the sun for a day they soon disappear! what you hav gta remember is that it is only film that they stick to your windows, and it does have a quality effect! Scoop2004/Scooby are definately right cos no doubt there is a nack to it and places like vinyl graphics just get better at it. I'm sure Joe who works for vinyl graphix (that dazza knows) used to work for Trimtek, so the quality will be the same there! lookin at my car and cars done recently by vinyl graphix, you cant argue with the quality, because you get your car lookin soo much sweeter for 150/160!! bargainous mod!

i know a couple of people that go to vinyl graphix all the time and have never had any complaints but i cant testify for myself as i aint been there, however dunno if anybody has mentioned these guys or not cos i cant be bothered readin everyones post but tint wizards perhaps..?
