what are they? the 2.0 16v babys with teh bigger cap and disc! if they are monsters! i put the 2.0 8v on my sport off a gte 8v and they just kept lockin up coz they were poo.

there off a cav, there 256mm, plently big enough to stop a corsa

Did you not think to look on www.topbuzz.co.uk as that has got a 2.0 16v brake fitting guide on it.

yeah, as i said to dazza yesterday, iam sure i could fit them, but its something ive never done before, and i wouldnt no how to bleed them, id rather let someone else fit them, as if you get them wrong then, it will be dangerous

Lawton, get a big mutha allen key, and take the caliper carrier off, remove the brake hose from the old caliper, and unscrew the little screw in the disc, this is all you have to do. It takes 15 minutes. Don't swap the whole strut.
If it feels spongey, get the servo unit off the Cav as well.
You can bleed by depressing the pedal a few times and slowly close the nut (two people).
