Had about 7 golfs know and know just about every mod you can carry out. last car was a 2.0l mk1 (1983) stripped out and caged owned in for about 3 years and won several shows with it.

Seeing as you seem to know alot about golf's where would you recommed to get mod's for them especially for the inside?

Thanks take care sally

Runs about 189bph at 1 bar boost so has load of potential to get to 280bhp with the new turbo the boost can get turned up to about 1.8 bar, hoping to run it at the gti festival at santa pod this summer.

haha sound then, would be interested in seeing how the doors open like without the handles, would love that done to my car!

Have a small button under each wing mirror, the doors pop open using a std vw central locking pump and relay. The pump applies a vacuume and pulls the catch, the door seal springs it open,

Never tried it on other cars but would'nt be hard.

No you get used to it, can be a pain on hills, as the weight of the door shuts it again!!! frown

Did the work on the doors myself- i painted the whole car myself last year smile
