In about 5-6 weeks i will finally have a bit of spare cash for my car! But.... Do i get an alarm, or PS2 with screen? My car is garaged at night and has tinted windows so is an alarm really that important? Or i could save my money for some alloys and springs? Any idea's or suggestions?
Alarm is the sensible option, if that is your car in your signature then i would say it was the best option.
slam it to the floor!!!!! but where do u keep ur car in the daytime???
if you slam it to the floor, read the problems our other members have
speed bumps i recon you alarm it, personally.
no that aint my car in my signature! i no i should put an alarm on it i just want to do other stuff 1st even tho i no its the sensible option.
alarm, no point in modding it any further if its not got much to stop people robbing it, just look at what happened to that lads white corsa

Laserline Alarm For Sale
Slam it mate 100 rear 80 front, looks the best!!!!!!
i know it wont seem worthwhile coz you cant see what youve spent your hard earned dollarz on, but you'd regret not getting an alarm when sum **** tries to rob your pride and joy. iv got tints, no handles or locks, but i still got an alarm so i know my beast is safe!
i think you should get some wheels next and lower it or an induction kit......hmmmmm
deffo an alarm matey. the stories of cars getting robbed and vandalised are coming thick and fast on cruise wirral at the minute, and you never know the alarm may prevent something bad happening. you got a garage i kno but what if ur out visiting a friend or family. keep it safe..
I here wat Broomy is sayin, just think sensible first then mod away!!!!!!!!!!
i probably will get an alarm come to think of it. Im thinkin of gettin a clifford concept 300 woth r/c/l added or a clifford matrix. Any suggestions or ideas? Or does anyone no of any deals at the moment on cat 1 alarms?
mike broomy and aceritz have both recently had alarms fitted try askin them???
i have had a toad fitted, its not thatcham approved coz my insurance company dont take alarms into account. I had central locking fitted extra and it worked out to be around £200 fully fitted, thats with bonnet protection, ultrasonics, doors and boot sensors and a immobiliser
that sounds really cheap! so that was an alarm with central locking for £200? Where did tou get this done? Amy problems with it so far?
no problems so far and every year it costs me £10 to get a diaognostics test done which extends the warrenty for a further year.
a local bloke did it for me, i will pm you his details
