Those 309's are really under-rated, great cars. If you can find a 205 gti, they're even better.
How much will your insurance be though?!

insurance aint gr8. the 309s r 130bhp is which from an old block is good. wud luv 205 2.
all quite simular insurance. bmw 325 is 171bhp astra 150bhp corsa 100bhp and 200sx 168bhp. all figures from computer in work and to be honest thats a v simular system that insurers use.

If you can afford the insurance - the 200

250bhp is easily acheived, you have the RWD "grin" factor, and I am in no way being biased
