My bike does 145mph, or was proven on the dyno machine...Did 135 2's up down the M53 the other week...was well funny on a little 400cc bike.

That would be the only time i would go that fast.

fastest ive been is probs around 130ish in either a skyline or a Capri 2.8i..

Top end on the nova is yet to be established, but i had it run to an easy 110 in 4th before it blew (ironically stationary at the time!) and my mighty peugeot of doom (Aka the 106D) will hit 102-105 indicated on the flat. Not bad with 132,500 mile on it!

Some fast speeds guys. I love getting tracks/airfields to play on Fastest I've been in a car is 145 in my dads Legacy... he's had 170 out of it while racing an elise, but then blew up the engine when he was slowing down again. I've had 112 out of the jeep when it was back as standard (it only does 70 now) and the astra has hit it's top speed of 122 on the clock a number off times

were is the nearest airfield/track to thrash ya car on? and how much is it to use??

Raced chris bmw m3 (on a private road) on the way to a meet when it was up Eastham way and he overtook me when i was doing 135mhp and took his car (E36 m3 evo) to 162mph and the limiter came in.

I have also had a 3 door cossie pass me once when i was at 130mph my car shook it past ,e that fast must of been somewere near 160/70 as it was flying.

Fasted ive ever been in a car was an indicated 135 in a 106 GTI,fastest ive ever DRIVEN a car was indicated 127MPH in my Si (back when it had a 1.6 in)with the 1.8 in ive only been to 120 before having to slow down

LMAO at phil G doing 110 stationary. Let me guess,it was on axle stands,u'd been revving the balls out of the engine with no air flowing thru the radiator til the fan kicked in and it was too late. Tut tut

127 in a nova sr with a 1.8 8v is the quickest i'v been

i had my 2.0 corsa of the clock an was still going up the revs my mate tryed to take a pic but was that bumpy u cudnt make the pic out. the clocks had 140mph an i hit 140 jus under 6000rpm
