Good old T-Cut and plenty of elbow Grease normally does the trick nicely mate happy

If not then you would need to use a Cutting Compound think

Buy some G3, it's cutting compound, I used to swear by it when I was into spraying. It's only available at specialist paint shops (Autopaint in Birkenhead), it's 6 quid for a tube. I used it once instead of the usual Car Polish, and the car shone, and I mean SHONE!!!

You could happily use Halfords fatcaps and G3 and get a proper professional finish. It gets orange peel effect out smooth as a baby's ass.

Cheers for that will try it out happy

take it back to the shop who sprayed it. dont let em get away with it. and if ur insurers paid for it, get them to stop using said bodyshop.thats what i done when coach and motor works made such a farce at the repairs on my car. Both wishbones were damaged in the impact and they didnt even look at em, when i took it back cos the steerin was dangerous(nearly pulled me into a central reservation with no warning) they fixed one but said wear and tear bust it, i was charged 80 quid. then the steerin was still bust so i took it to the motor club on camp and me and the sarge incharge replaced the other one for 15quid 4 da part and 15 for his help. liverpool victoria no longer use C&MWorx in wolves. Nonces!!
you shouldnt have to pay anything mate if its not your fault, take it back and get it sorted by them
Took it back an they agreed to do it smile

Depends how badly faded it is?

Slight fade can be polished up with a regular polish and a loy of albow grease.

But if the fading is worse, ie, you now have a pink car, not red, then either t-cut or G3 and a buffer will really help save your arms wink
