If this is the car you want and it's right for you then buy it and worry about modding later.
I think it's always best to get to know a new car for at least a couple of months and have it as stock as possible when new to you. This way, you will appreciate the mods and you do to it and a benchmark to know which mods made the best improvements (especially in the performance side of things).
