Driving to work yesterday morning, had the windscreen wipers on at first and they were both in perfect working order. Flicked them off for a while and then back on when the rain started again, however this time only the wiper on the passenger side was working. I have no idea what the problem could be, surely the windscreen motor is working fine if one of them is moving. I'd appreciate any help, sort of want to get it sorted sooner rather than later now the grey clouds are back! Cheers.
The drive arm from the motor to the drivers side wiper has snapped, you can't just buy the arm it is a complete unit.

Apparantly it is a common part sold by peugeot £220.00 parts and labour from dealership, or £20.00 for the unit from scrapyard and 1 hour of your time to remove and install 6 nuts and 1 bolt + remove power plug to motor.

Undo the 3 nuts that hold the wipers on to the drive splines, with a pry bar or claw hammer lift of the 2 wiper arms. Remove the plastic cover to expose X3 32 mm nuts, remove these nuts and water seal washers, look under the wiper motor at the back bulk head and you will see a 10mm hex head bolt remove this bolt.

There is a wire spring holding the plug to the electric motor , lift the spring up from the bottom and pull the plug off. You can now drop and remove complete mechanism make sure fixing bracket at the bulk head does not catch on wiring loom when you pull the unit out.

Install method reverse of removal time approx 1 hour tools required socket set pry bar or claw hammer. Hope this helps.
Doesn't sound too good, was hoping it'd be something really simple and cheap! Thanks for your help mate, I suppose I better get the scrappy!
Gibbo on here is a Peugeot specialist if you need any more info drop him a line.
The part you need is the CONROD ASSEMBLY. Peugeot part number 6401 F9, but costs £92.18.

I'd be going to the scrapper and picking one up.

Here's their technical diagram:

Did you ever get this sorted? Nothing worse than offering advice and not hearing anything back.
