The above car i've had for 3 days. Ran extremely well.
Tonight got in it, struggled to start, 50 yards up road, conked it..

Can't get it to start again.

Any Suggestions..

I'm sure you've already check but not ran out of fuel ?

No it has fuel.
Really pi**ed me off. Only had a few days

total nightmare, I suppose with out looking it's hard to tell, could be a fuel blockage or anything

The list of "could be" is as long as your arm....

Without looking at it / plugging in for diagnostics its practically impossible to say.

Could be alternator if there is nothing coming on at all. Diesels can run a bit longer than petrols when the alternator goes cos the battery doesn't have to run spark plugs.

Problem solved now but thanks.
I primed the fuel pump and out gushed loads of diesel.

Hose had cracked..

Simple £4.77 fix
