Hi All
My daughter has managed to sort of flatten a rear wheel arch on a Nissan Primera hatch by rubbing it on a metal gate.
Does anyone know who can repair it,its a red colour non metallic but shes not got much money.
Thanks in advance
If it was me I would be on ebay or looking in scrap yards for a new one tbh, the price of getting and fitting it would be alot less than repair & respray.
It's a rear arch, you can't replace it, it has to be cut out or at least panel beaten. This tends to be expensive, but it can be done on the cheap (at home) with car body filler if you don't want to spend a lot. If you do it this way, spend a load of time getting it right and it'll be as good as new.
Get plastic over arches, job done.
Ok thanks for the advice guys,i could model one from bodyfiller i spose, when it gets warmer i might have a go.
Ste where would i get them plastic things mate, dont think ive seen them,is it the same thing as used to be seen on xr2`s?

Try the body repair shop down by moreton shore on the left its called whittle and hide. Good and reasonable
Not sure if they're available for all cars, have a look on eBay.
If the paint has been broken though I would recommend a proper repair as it will start to rust.
There's a few lads on here that do body repairs.
Can you put a photo of the damage up bud?
Thanks mate, yep ill get a pic tomorrow.
I can always give a quote
