My cd changer used to be in the boot of my car by where the tyre is in a lying down position.

I went on hols and it was raining here and had a small leak in the boot, but there was enough water to break the cd changer.

Luckily this was covered under warrenty.

They have replaced it and attached it to the back of the rear seats in a standing up position.

Problem is, it is jumping even when i accelerate moderetly fast. I dont know if it is a bad connection or the agnle the cd changer is on.

any advice apprecdiated. Would like to fix it by tomorrow if possible as i am going the Magaluf on saturday.

I would suggest putting it in the dash, i mean glovebox

Why? The boot has more than enough space for it.

Do cd changers have a recomended angle to play on?

change the orientation of it?

Remove it from where it is,
Test it first, by cusioning it as best you can?
If it continues to jump then there is somthing
iffy with the unit?
If it works you will have to make it a comfortable unit. Then secure it again.

most changers now are able to be mounted in any postion, there is usually a dial you can turn using a penny. turn it to the required mounting postions, happy days
