What would be the best filler to use on plastic, I want to go from picture 1 to picture 2.

To be honest mate, its probably easier Just searching around for the face that you have shown instead of filling sanding and respraying, It it will probs cost you about £20ish for the centre console and around £10-15 for filler, then Primer, Base Coat and Clear coat is about £21 from Halfords.

There is one on ebay, but its going to sell for more than, £120, I bidded £120 and was outbid. They do not make them like that, people have to mod them, themselves.
