I used to live in Birkenhead ( north end ) and used to hear this all the time. Engine screaming tyres screeching. Even had my car pinched so this has nothing to do with loud exhausts.

there horrible arnt they Hun I wasn't the only person that heard it either deffo seemed to be a robbed car , only time will tell till we hear what it was
