Just after some info for topping oil up.
Got an audi a4 2.0 tdi 55 plate. Can't seem to find out what oil I need for it. Any ideas anyone?
Thanks in advance

I'd imagine 5w-40 and I'd always go with Castrol Edge.

There are a few variants on that engine but I think they all use the same oil.

Its only an audi, use cooking oil, peanut will take the heat but sunflower has the performance!

that will be a PD engine, do not skimp on the ol, make sure its 505. rating is matched to your engine, use shite oil you'll have problems later in life. especially with the turbo

3.8 Litres of 5w/30 is what is needed, if it is a pumpe deuse (pd) engine it is recommended that pd spec oil is used
